Carl was born on January 6, 1950 in Kansas City to Lawson and Clara Jean (Berney) Hullinger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; three sisters and one grandson, Caleb Townsend.
Carl was a 1969 graduate of Winston High School. He managed the Gallatin License Office for 12 years.
On September 28, 1985, Carl and Cynthia Joyce Renee Heldenbrand were united in marriage in Cameron.
Carl was a great outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loyal and loving father, papa and friend. Carl was a godly man and a member of the Winston Baptist Church. Carl had great strength and faith in the Lord. He fought the fight, ran the race and kept the faith.
Survivors include wife of 32 years, Renee Hullinger, of the home; three daughters, Carrie Hullinger of Cameron, Leslie (Bobbi) Hullinger of Winston, and Amber (Chris) Wilkinson of Cameron; son, Airen Heldenbrand of Winston; six brothers, Howard (Laura) Hullinger of Cameron, Richard (Melanie) Hullinger of Altamont, Robert (Tracey) Hullinger of Cameron, Jerry (Brenda) Hullinger of Utica, Donald (Sandy) Hullinger of Maysville, and Jr (Heather) Hullinger of Winston; sister, Donna Blacketer of Gallatin; nine grandchildren, Cody, Cevin, Tanner, Alex, Briana, Brooke, Emma, Wyatt and Kyndal.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. In lieu of flowers, condolences may be sent to Poland-Thompson Funeral Home.
