Donnie “P-Nuts” Ross 1939 - 2015

MAYSVILLE - Donnie “P-Nuts” Lee Ross, age 76, was born June 5, 1939 the son of Loren and Stella (Campbell) Ross in Maysville and passed away August 19, 2015 with his family at his side.

“P-Nuts” was a graduate of Maysville High School Class of 1957. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. “P-Nuts” and Ruth Ann Souther were united in marriage June 18, 1971 in Weatherby, Missouri. He worked for Bio-Zyme for 27 years, retiring in 2000. After retirement he was a grain hauler for Larry McFee Trucking. 

“P-Nuts” is preceded in death by his parents; son, Mitch Ross; and one brother, Frank Ross.

Survivors include his wife Ruth, of the home; three children, Tammy (Les), Thomas, and Michael; five brothers and sisters, Sam, Jerry Loren, Jack, and Lorene; six grandchildren, Nicholas, Cory (Karen), Brittani (Colton), Mich, Colton, and Gabriel.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Bram-Turner Funeral Home, Maysville with burial following in Alta Vista Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
