Following an investigation into a fraud allegation in the Town of Lyons, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office,
in collaboration with the Wayne County Department of Social Services, has reported the arrest of a Town of Walworth man, according to a press release.
Collin Trelly, age 31, of the Town of Walworth, was arrested for Petit Larceny and Misuse of Food Stamps, according to deputies.
According to the allegations, which come from an investigation into a fraud complaint, Trelly,
who was a recipient of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), authorized another individual to use his benefits card in the amount of $262.82, in violation of the terms of the agreement?

Trelly was freed on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Lyons Court at a later date to address the accusations against him, according to authorities.
