This heart-wrenching occurrence comes shortly after another fatal incident in a poultry plant in Mississippi, where a 16-year-old boy lost his life after becoming trapped in equipment on a conveyor belt.

The Mar-Jac Poultry plant, where the incident occurred, revealed that an outside hiring agency had misrepresented the boy’s age, leading to a tragic outcome.
